Cancellation & Refund

At K-Rides, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation and refund policy. Customers can cancel their ride through our app or by contacting customer support before the scheduled pickup time. If a cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be processed, depending on the ride category and timing. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as our drivers allocate time and fuel for your booking.

In cases where a ride is canceled by K-Rides due to unavoidable reasons such as vehicle unavailability or driver emergencies, customers will receive a full refund. If a payment has been deducted but the ride was not successfully booked, the refund will be processed automatically within a few business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, and we ensure a smooth resolution for all eligible refund requests. We encourage customers to review their booking details carefully to avoid unnecessary charges.
